• It’s now dual channel memory. Can confirm, bought the laptop today.

• This does now support dual channel memory. I upgraded mine to Corsair 32GB dual channel.

• Yes the 9th Gen model are with dual channel memory. I have one of them. They have them on display on bestbuy store so check them out before you buy.

• This laptop has 2 Ram Slots , 1 Ram Stick. Not Dual Channel out of the box. They should really fix that.
