A:AnswerAbsolutely it can as this is my streaming pc. But a lot has to do with the specs needed for the game you're trying to stream. OBS/Streamlabs can take a good bit of cpu/gpu (sometimes as much as 30%) so running a 4k game 120fps could push most of its power. But this computer handles streaming encoding and decoding, internal capture card (from game pc), room lighting system and 11 other programs I run during streams with no problem.
