Can this pc be upgraded to RTX 4070?? null

Yes, the Aegis R can support upgrades to RTX 4070 graphics.

The cpu cooler gets quite close to the tempered glass so the case is not the largest. I think a 4070 is not much larger than the included 4060 so it would very likely fit.

suggest you call customer service direct and get a great response. OR have friends in USA purchase and ship to you there.
