• Yes it does. I just purchased this model and it has it.

• It didn't when I had it, but installing microsoft store is not that difficult. You may want to check if yours would have Notepad as well, because mine didn't come with that either.

• Mine didn’t, had to go online and install the Xbox app to get Microsoft store
