• Definitely can upgrade ram.. as I have just done. Just wouldn’t over do it as that may have adverse affect on your pc.. hope this is of some help

• Yep! Upgrading ram is the easiest thing to do with a PC. It's as simple as clipping and unclipping items in the case. SSD is the same way, but will be awkward without removing the entire motherboard. But 1TB of SSD is a lot of storage, so you might not even need to for a while. Glad I could help!
