- Answer Yes it comes with one. It cannot handle to CPU heat when turbo boost is on. You either need to turn it off or get a better cooler.

- Answer is it plugged in and if so you may have to flip the switch on by the plug in on the power supply. Another thing is to check the connections inside the case after the 1st 2 options are checked.

- Answer Noctua NH-D15S or H100i liquid Cooler. I've read that those would work for this. I use the noctua and it keeps it in under 76 degrees celcius and easier to install.

- Answer The stock cooler that comes with this computer is a little weak. I suggest upgrading it to either a better air cooler or a closed loop water cooler.

- Answer It is not plugged into the cpu header on the motherboard because of the rgb setup. You can go into dragon center application and make the fans run at any speed.
