• Yes it is possible to put a hard drive. PSU is OEM.

• Has two 3.5 inch bays behind the metal back cover, near front of case. Has 4 mounting points for 2.5 inch (ssd or laptop size drives) Two are under the glass cover side, 2 are vertically under the back metal cover. Above the 3.5 inch drive bays. Has 6 unused SATA connectors on motherboard. Don't know brand of power supply.
