“Can hear audio but others cannot hear me using any available mic port. Have adjusted settings in SYSTEM>SOUND but still no luck. Any suggestions for this frustrating issue? Is the RTX port ideal? (Can buy new headset but want to solve before purchase)”

I had a similar issue with my headset plugged into the back of my Aegis. It seems when its fresh from the factory the audio port has more give than the mic port meaning you really have to check and see if the mic is plugged in far enough. Mine was only about 2/3 of the way in but still felt solid enough for me to think it was fully seated.
