Do the bios and drivers all come updated? null

updated to the point to where it was packed, all pc's need software upgrades when sitting for any length of time

Hey Telltale - the bios and drivers are updated at the time the desktop is assembled. It is possible that there are updates that are published between assembly and purchase, so it is always recommended checking for updates when you get your new computer.
