Q: QuestionI just purchased this computer and the installed factory RAM was 4800MHz and not 6000MHz?

• A:Answer Hello vladittide - the system memory that is included with this desktop is 6000HMz. It is possible that XMP was not enabled when the system was setup, this can be done in the system BIOS. You can get into the system bios by restarting your machine and as soon as the MSI logo appears repeatedly pressing the delete key.

Q: QuestionWhy does the specifications say that this motherboard has Three M.2 slots? There are only two. I found out the hard way. By being disappointed after purchase. It doesn't recognize the second one.

• A:Answer The wifi adapter is part of the motherboard. My pc started dropping internet connection. While on the phone with MSI tech support, wifi adapter failed. Windows didn't even see it to be able to install new driver. MSI did an RMA warranty replacement. Who knows how long it will take and a real bummer for a computer I've had for 2 weeks. You might want to return it to best buy or call MSI, depending on how long you've had it.
