According to the HP website, this card will fit a Pavilion Power 580-131 Desktop PC. The product specifications page states a dual-slot short (7-inch) RX 580 is an option for that machine, so this card will also fit because it is also a dual slot short card. It doesn't require external power cables, but MSI does recommend a 400-watt power supply. HP may ship 300 watt supplies in that case with cards that recommend 400. This card can drive a 4K monitor at 60hz for video streaming and crisp, smooth productivity tasks, but you won't be able to game at 4K 60 fps. That would require something like a 1080 Ti, the shortest of which may not fit in your case at 8.5 inches and recommending a 600-watt power supply. Higher resolution gaming will likely require a mid-tier or higher CPU as well. Note: A YouTube video of the Pavilion 580 case shows it will not support a long (11-inch) card. Your machine may have already shipped with an RX 580, so you should check which chard is already in your computer and its specifications vs. this RX 560 before you purchase this card.
