• yes - the tomahawk does not come graphics equipped. However if you get a CPU with built in graphics that will work as well (APU).

• Unless you have the Ryzen 2200 or 2400 APU then yes you need a separate discrete gpu for your system.

• Maybe... Yes, if the installed processor supports it. The motherboard has connections available for your monitor. However they are only active if the CPU (processor) has a built-in GPU (graphics processor)
