Can it support a and 580 graphics card null

I have a RX590 FATBOY (slightly larger than 580 in height and length ) on this motherboard - works just fine. You'll need to consider the case though, because you might end up blocking other PCI slots depending on the height/mounting of the motherboard in the case, if that affects you.

AMD graphics cards are supported. I use a RX 580 myself on one system.
