With the correct support bracket it is possible. Look into your coolers manual.

Unless your cooler is specifically advertised to be universal, no, you would need a new cooler.

Please note that the B550 Tomahawk MAX WiFi is a AM4 socket motherboard. Unless the cooler you plan to use specifically states compatibility with multiple sockets, it will not be compatible.
