Please note that MSI laptops have battery profiles that limit the amount a battery can charge to prevent overcharging and premature battery degradation. You can adjust this setting through the MSI Center if you wish to charge your laptop to 100% all the time. Please note that doing so will cause battery degradation if you plug in the laptop most of the time.
