Those types of PC’s are all installed by a RIS (remote installation service) server and a lot of times things can go wrong during the image install. Another poster commented that reinstalling resolved the issue for him.

A:AnswerI used a 2TB hard drive, and it worked great. Just need the cable with it if you wish to build it in to your device. Otherwise, an external hard drive works fine too.

You can add an external hard drive via one the available USB ports found on the front or back of this desktop computer.
