Because They're Jobs aren't to evaluate the world and what's in it. Like you they just work here and no one is special enough to complain. Who knows if I don't like it "That's On Me" the next guy might like it. The world doesn't center around me and my likes or dislikes. A Wise man once said you can please some of the people some of the time. You can please all of the people some of the time, but you will never please "All of The People All Of The Time" So There it is "This Laptop was not built "Special" for you and you needs and wants.
