“can i run this specifically off the charger without the battery in the laptop mainly for lifespan reasons im mostly a gamer and if possible i would like to run it only off the charger when able and then have the battery put back in on the go”

That's a good idea. I alredy did it in my notebook for play and it works, but if the energy falls or somedody disconect your charger... your notebook will turn off immediately
