you should consider getting a new PC. If you are looking for a good small cheep build i would recommend. getting a NZXT H1 Case. Ry zen 5 3600 CPU or the inte i5 900k as well as a ASUS ROG Strix B450-I Motherboard ( make sure the mother board you get is for the CPU you bought) "intel or ryzen". When getting ram Get two 8GB Sticks of DDR4 for a total of 16GB of ram ( low profile\no RGB ). for storage get a 1 TB m.2 SSD. And for the GPU you can start with the 1660 super. but if you have the money go for a rtx 2070 super ot rtx 2080 super. hope this helps.
