That's a negative. This is a budget card made for 1080p. If you want 4k with a decent refresh rate, you're looking at a 1080 ti or 2080 ti/super. The radeon 5700 xt will do it for $400 but they run HOT, so look for the tri-fan model (msi if memory serves)
