A: Yes. You can definitely connect this to your tv via hdmi. Just be sure your tv is capable of keeping up with your PC demands graphics wise. Just an FYI...this card isn’t really made for 4K stuff. It shines more on the 1080p. Just remember that even a larger 4K tv will have benefits than a large 65” 1080p tv. But the higher refresh rate of a 1080p is gonna perform better and smoother than a slower 4K

A: Not necessarily, you would want a more powerful card for VR.
A: If the motherboard has a pcie 16x slot and a 6 pin power connector then it will be fine
A: This graphics card is only for desktops not for laptops. Its hard to upgrade laptop gpus because most of the new ones are soldered on to the motherboard now days. You could buy a desktop gpu and use an adapter like a razer core that would plug into the laptop but other than that not to many options for new gpus on a laptop.

Q: What is the most HZ’s this card can handle?
A: The data sheet claims 360hz. It wouldn’t be a pleasant experience!
Q: is it fit to processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz with 6GB of installed RAM ?
A: 2450M??? I use a 12th gen cpu and 8gb of 3200mhz ddr4 ram with this and still get low frames. At this point buy an ancient gtx 750 ti or maybe get a whole new computer.
