Probably not, just check to make sure you have a free pcie slot on your mother board

I didn't have to buy a new motherboard for it but if you are performing other upgrades as well (CPU or ram) you likely will need to upgrade the motherboard.

As long as you have a Full PCI x16 slot you should be good.

That really depends on what motherboard you currently have. Any modern motherboard will work with this graphics card as long as you can plug it in and power it!
