• Hi Ano, the MSI G65 is capable of adding up to 64gb of DDR4-2666 Memory. It also has 2 M.2 slots so as long as one slot is open you should be able to add a second SSD drive. Windows 10 home is installed. Thank you for choosing Intel.

• Yes it can be upgraded. The laptop does come with Windows.
