On idle, CPU and GPU are somewhere around 40 C depending where you keep the laptop. On full CPU and GPU load, CPU hits upper 90s and GPU hits upper 70s. CPU starts throttling sometimes, but you can fix that by applying a good quality thermal paste.

This laptop will run very hot so if you're not prepared to repaste, undervolt, and recalibrate the voltage/frequency curve of the GPU you should probably buy another laptop with a better cooling solution. For example, running wow classic ( a 15 year old game) at stock settings I was getting cpu temps in the upper 90s. and gpu temps were upper 70s to low 80s. I had to turn off turbo boost and keep the GPU at 1400mhz with 0.7 volts to get 55-60c on the cpu and 68-70c on the GPU while running wow classic. With a game like COD BO4 multiplayer, I had to turn turbo boost down to 3.4Ghz and use a V/F curve to get temps in the mid 80s CPU and 75-80c on the GPU. All these things take time to calibrate so if you like to tinker then this should be fun, however, expect to put in a lot of work to get temps under control
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Under low internet browsing loads, the CPU and GPU sit around 37 degrees Celsius. Under heavy gaming loads (with 144 Hz, high settings, Rainbow Six Siege), CPU sits around 87 degrees Celsius and GPU hits a maximum of 90 degrees Celsius with no significant throttling after long periods. At rest, the fans have never turned on (assuming the fan speed is set to auto).
