My model has the headphone jack working fine, however I had issues with the Windows audio driver and preinstalled audio software not communicating properly. Try reinstalling the software and that might help

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have no problem. I just plug it in, and a pop up will confirm so. There are two ports, make sure you use the one closest to the usb.
