I had some issues regarding some dead pixels on my screen and as I live on Brazil, I won't be able to fix this problem without traveling back to USA to formally submit a RMA request. See the MSI response on their ticket website: "... Thank you for contacting MSI. According to the provided serial number, this unit was originally marked in the US. Please be informed that foreign model laptop does not have global warranty in Brazil. Please reach out to the US Service Center for assistance, it is suggested that you make a call after March 31, as the Covid-19 outbreak has affected normal business opearation.
