• Yes! Absolutely! It will run the game very smoothly with no lag. But with a heavy game comes a price. The laptop will get very hot and loud so I do recommend buying a laptop cooling pad in addition when you buy this laptop and as to any laptop as well. Laptop has a downside to heat since all components are all tightly together unlike actual computers.

• Depends on what graphical settings you have it on I would say probably but the laptop will get pretty warm if you are running on high or ultra graphics.
