I would say, during typing on Windows it has a better palm rejection than what I tried on other laptops. Sometimes it does trigger the mouse, but it is rare enough to not bother me. Considering that the trackpad is so large, I am more thankful than annoyed by it, when it comes to typing. I believe that one thing that could be annoying to you, is the fact that the "right click" is harder to locate/press since it is so far to the right, in comparison to a usual trackpad. But if you're the Mac type of guy, this trackpad is, in *my opinion*, on the top/good side of Windows laptop trackpads, and it has the usual "two fingers tap" to trigger the right click, so it's fine, I usually use that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The trackpad is definitely larger than average but it has yet to interfere with my typing. It is set well enough into the center that avoiding it hasn't been a problem.
