NVME is faster but more expensive. From what I understand, SATA is fast enough for typical computing and gaming but if you plan on moving massive amounts of Data or video editing, then perhaps consider the NVME if you can afford it. I personally don't feel the need for NVME since I only use the machine for gaming. If you want more detail, look up videos on Youtube for SATA VS NVME, hope that helps.
