• Yes you can. Though it may be tricky accessing the RAM slots as I believe only the M.2 SSD slots are easily accessible. You will have to flip the motherboard around to access the RAM slots.

• Yes, the first thing I did before I even turned it on for the first time was an upgrade to 32gb Corsair Vengeance. There is 1x16gb 2666mhz stick in place so you could just add another 16 stick of you wanted. You do have to take the motherboard out because the Ram slots are underneath. Note, you can replace the SSD without removing the board on this model, unlike the GS65.
