• This computer has a 4x PCI-E M.2 ssd option. I have this machine and it shows it as empty in the BIOS

• Yes, but it's very difficult. The M.2 slot is under the keyboard but the full mobo has to be removed to get to it.

• Nope. These are sata based slots, nvme needs pcie based slots.
