• Yes, but you have to remove the void warranty sticker. There are two dimm slots excepting 16GB dimms.

• Yeah you can but I believe it's a little bit more complicated to do with other laptops because theirs a piece of plastic you have to unscrew to get to the motherboard and upgrade the Ram

• I believe it should actually be expandable to 64GB or RAM. It has the same chip set and proc as the Pro-229 & Pro-230 versions, which are both expandable to 64GB. It's not uncommon for manufacturers to understate the max ram capability to get the non-geeks to buy the more expensive models. I had a Dell Inspiron 15 that claimed it had a max capability of 4GB of RAM, but I ran 8GB with no issues (with a 64bit OS, of course)
