• Windows 10 Home Premium comes pre installed, but you can upgrade to Pro through the Windows Upgrade Assistant. Not sure about BitLocker.

• Windows 10 Home, it does have a TPM but you would need to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro or Enterprise to use it.
