The GS66 platform does not require you to pull out the keyboard or motherboard, simply remove the back panel and you will have access to the memory slots. The laptop comes already configured in dual channel mode. If you wish to achieve 32GB total memory, you will want to purchase two sticks of 16GB memory to replace the sticks inside.

Please try again later.Yes, it’s a pretty easy installation, but I believe doing it yourself may void your warranty, as MSI forces you to break the seal placed over one screw. King of ridiculous but whatever. I also added an extra NVME while I was in there. Took me 15 minutes total
