Months later and the issue seems purposeful. Review buttons are missing on many items. Specifically those that would get reviewed poorly (returns…) seem to not be giving access to review to their purchaser. Veeeeery shady. Likely against the FTC guidelines on reviews. Sketchy. Super sketchy. I hope you get investigated.

I received just the face of the watch. Chatted with support for nearly an hour and they said they’d escalate a “request” for a gift card concession (There was a less expensive option with no accessories). Never heard anything back. They were just trying to get me to go away. I’m paying off and cutting up my Best Buy card. There were cheaper options available, but I chose the BB option because I thought they cared about customer service. I was wrong.
