While you can over clock on this motherboard, it’s not really meant to over clock. My suggestions if you really want to overclock your computer is to get a slightly higher-end motherboard like the x670e or b650e. In other words, you shouldn’t have any problems overclocking.

Absolutely, so far I have had no issues with vrm temps, voltage control, and otherwise it is a just pretty solid option.

Yes. Standard CPU frequency and voltages as well as XMP for ram works well. Bios interface is easy and straight forward.
