• Yes with no problems. I would get around 60C to 70C. 4ight around that area. You will have no problems. I'm cooling a I9 13900k with ease.

• I have a I7-12900k with a RTX 3080 and I have never seen anything over 72 c yet I play graphic intensive simulators also overclocking, hope this helps its a fantastic cooler 0 complaints...

• If you plan to run the CPU at stock frequencies, then yes the CoreLiquid 360R V2 can support those CPUs. If you plan to overclock, you may want to look into a more personalized solution.
