• You can only update if your firmware is already at 0.12 or newer... If your version is FW.011 or earlier Please contact the nearest service center to get the latest MSI firmware update. If your version is FW.012 or newer Your QD-OLED monitor is equipped with the latest firmware update capability.

• Yes, MSI changed this and now this and the 2K 360Hz models can update the firmware.
