Many companies don't provide the physical user manual anymore. To get the user manual, you'll need to go to the MSI website, and download the PDF. Do the following: 1) https://us.msi.com/Business-Productivity/support/Modern-15-A10X-r 2) Search for the model. Based on my search, I WAS NOT able to find the exact model, so choose one that's closest to your model. 3) Click on the Manual tab, and then look for the preferred language. I download two different models and was surprised to see the name of the PDF was the same. 4) Download the PDF.
