- Answer Many companies don't provide the physical user manual anymore. To get the user manual, you'll need to go to the MSI website, and download the PDF. Do the following: 1) https://us.msi.com/Business-Productivity/support/Modern-15-A10X-r 2) Search for the model. Based on my search, I WAS NOT able to find the exact model, so choose one that's closest to your model. 3) Click on the Manual tab, and then look for the preferred language. I download two different models and was surprised to see the name of the PDF was the same. 4) Download the PDF. Reference: English user manual: https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/nb/MS-1551_v2.0_English.pdf

QuestionI just bought two of these. They seem nice however the batteries will not charge to 100%. They only go to 91%. Does anyone know what’s going on or have the same problem? I think I will return them.

- Answer I've read elsewhere that this charging level is normal, as it is designed to extend the lifespan of the battery. My Dell and HP laptops charge into the 80's% and never charge to 100%. I know it seems strange to never get to 100%. Your battery charging looks great and not a problem.
