• no it does not, sorry. you wont find that unless you look at pre builds

• No it’s just the case. A very nice one for the price. You have to buy the parts for yourself. I bought two of these during last Christmas and built 2 computers for myself and my son. They were my first builds and came out amazing. The exhaust fan ithat comes with the case is top notch along with the fan controller.
