Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It comes with the motherboard mounts pre-installed. Mine came with the screws in plastic bags hidden under the PS shield. No, it doesn't come with windows. You add your PC components to the case, and install your own OS. I purchased a boxed Win 10 USB stick when I purchased the case and motherboard. Note: Windows 10 is tied to your motherboard. If you put in an old board that was already activated with Windows, you'll be all set.

This is just one of many pieces need for your PC build, i.e. motherboard, disk drives, processor, power supply, graphics card. It is a very roomy case for a build your own PC, plenty of room between my graphics card and CPU water cooler radiator, nice for cable management too.
