• i have a 750W power supply with this board, a Ryzen 5 2700X and a RTX 2080ti FTW3 Ultra Hybrid and have had no power related issues.

• I have an RTX 2080 Super and a 750 Watt PS and it is plenty, so your 850 is more than enough.
