• No this is a Intel Motherboard and uses the socket LGA 1200, Ryzen uses the Socket AM4. You’re looking for X570 motherboards or B550 motherboards.

• I honestly don’t know. You better check with geek squad directly. My guess would be yes since your Ryzen is also newer and high end. Just as an aside, after I upgraded my graphics improved and I benefitted from my high speed monitor to the point that initially I experienced sea sickness when gaming. I had to limit the frame rate to 100 by settling my graphics at ultra. I only have a 2080 GPU.
