• only DDR4. For gaming DDR5 will not currently give you much of a performance boost compared to the cost of the ram.

• No such board exists. The receptacles for DDR4 and DDR5 are different. You cannot plug one into the other. It is a great board though. Mates perfectly with my I7-13700K and MSI 4070ti

• The MPG Z690 Edge WiFi DDR4 supports DDR4 only. There are no boards that support both DDR4 and DDR5.
