You can try using the MSI refresh tools on the monitor to correct this. 1) You have to navigate via physical buttons at the bottom portion on screen. 2) go to JScreen website to try to isolate the pixep, this uses colors to try and "refresh" your pixels. Just be mindful that it will have lots of flashing lights. 3) if you notice too many pixels going dead, definitely return and get a new screen.
