• A:Answer No clue. I was able to purchase on 2 weeks ago when it went back in stock within 1 minute. Unfortunately my order was canceled by best buy due to "not enough inventory". It went in stock 15 times that day, and of course even being able to snag one on the very first batch, it wasn't good enough. No idea when it will be in stock as both best buy and MSI do not reply or provide any information on inventory. Maybe by this time in 2027.

Q: QuestionI have a pixel that appears to be dead or stuck. What are my options for fixing this monitor or exchanging this monitor for a new one. I have only had this since February so its far too early for anything like this to happen.

• A:Answer You can try using the MSI refresh tools on the monitor to correct this. 1) You have to navigate via physical buttons at the bottom portion on screen. 2) go to JScreen website to try to isolate the pixep, this uses colors to try and "refresh" your pixels. Just be mindful that it will have lots of flashing lights. 3) if you notice too many pixels going dead, definitely return and get a new screen.

• A:Answer Another large retailer gave me a date of their inbound first shipment from MSI as Feb 29th, 2024. Not sure on Best Buy specifically, but its probably the same or close. It will go quick due to the price point, but I doubt there a ton of scalpers for these as the price margin after fees if your using an online reseller is quite low if non-existent. Unless your selling them out of your trunk I guess.... People just flat out want these new monitors and supply is low.
