Q: QuestionIs this monitor ever actually gonna be in stock these reviews with confirmed purchases keep coming in but for me it’s either sold out or unavailable?

• A:Answer No clue. I was able to purchase on 2 weeks ago when it went back in stock within 1 minute. Unfortunately my order was canceled by best buy due to "not enough inventory". It went in stock 15 times that day, and of course even being able to snag one on the very first batch, it wasn't good enough. No idea when it will be in stock as both best buy and MSI do not reply or provide any information on inventory. Maybe by this time in 2027.

Q: QuestionUnder what circumstance does this monitor operate in 240 hz. I have it connected to my pc and the highest setting it has as an option is 120 hz. I am connected through display port.

• A:Answer Hello Doug - couple of things you'll want to validate. 1. you have a newer display port cables, not all can support 240hz. 2. you are running at a resolution on the monitor that supports 240hz, all resolution supporting 240hz can be found in the owners manual.

Q: QuestionI have a pixel that appears to be dead or stuck. What are my options for fixing this monitor or exchanging this monitor for a new one. I have only had this since February so its far too early for anything like this to happen.

• A:Answer You can try using the MSI refresh tools on the monitor to correct this. 1) You have to navigate via physical buttons at the bottom portion on screen. 2) go to JScreen website to try to isolate the pixep, this uses colors to try and "refresh" your pixels. Just be mindful that it will have lots of flashing lights. 3) if you notice too many pixels going dead, definitely return and get a new screen.
