• Yes, absolutely. I bought a 5700XT to build my sons PC and was disappointing. I exchanged it for this and downloaded the latest graphics card drivers and man this thing is great. I have a RTX 2080 in my build and I can't see a difference in the 1440 settings we use. Very pleased.

• yes it's better than the rtx2070 because it's super with higher rates. look at the youtube reviews comparing the two. It does not make sense to buy a rtx2070 at this point.
