Yes, this card can drive 3 monitors. FPS depends on resolution you use. Don't expect 3 4K displays to work. Don't expect 3 1440 displays to work. 3 HD (1920x1080) displays may be OK. Look at the RTS 2080 Super or TI for 3x1440 to work well. Wait for the next gen for 3x4K to have any chance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it can and will drive 3 monitors no problem. With any and all racing games you should get 60+ easy with this card. 1080p monitors even 1440p should be easy to hit 60fps. 3 4k monitors you'll need a 2080 ti if 60fps is your target.

AGAIN depending on your settings and what you are wanting from your game play. I highly recommend going on youtube and watching the mountain of information and benchmarks out there for the card.
