• On your receipt(physical or digital), there should be a code for the game. You simply just follow the instructions and apply the code onto your GeForce Experience.

• It should be in an email with instructions. You’d better hurry though. The game download expires on 12/18/2019.

• Not sure if you ever got an answer to this but. Open the GeForce experience app and click redeem under settings use the code on your receipt and thats how you get the free copy.
